Instructions

On the river's bank, I was smitten.
The emerald water rippled in the wind.
I saw the swans, their white feathers flapping.
The Shannon divinely flowing, while I was peacefully napping.

The river’s bright blue flow.

The river’s bright blue water carries.

In the river's eddy, i was smitten.

The river-floods raised me on high.

Into the river o’er the dune that lies.

None of the above

I felt the twilight envelop me.

I sat with the mossy rock,

A swan, a tiger, and me.

A frog slunk, his crooked chin dipped,

With a sylvan muse, i drank, and listened,

None of the above

The emerald water swayed in the wind.

A lone blackbird sings.

The river's a mighty thing.

With the river, I was smitten.

The thumping of the water, the swell

None of the above

The slender trees hung over the water.

The pond was calm and peaceful.

The blue sky was a soft blue.

I saw the swans, their white feathers flapping

The lily sat still as glass.

Danube fireworks of a more delicate kind.

Danube, see how far behind.

Danube, its banks so adorned, was lined.

Danube was a river where four rivers combined.

Danube fireworks of a different kind.

None of the above

Danube fireworks sparking, ice cubes slapping.

Danube fireworks showered down, snapping.

Danube fireworks sparking, ears popping, necks snapping.

Danube fireworks spark up and start clapping.

Danube fireworks sparking, light shivers, tap, tapping.

None of the above

Danube fireworks sparking, ice cubes slapping.

Danube fireworks sparking, slender reeds quivering and tapping.

Danube fireworks sparking, ears popping, necks snapping.

Danube fireworks sparking, ere the final tap.

Danube fireworks spark up and start clapping.

Thames was slack in its taping.

Thames as if a flint would be snapping.

Thames’s mighty flow in one continuous slapping.

Thames. i can hear the clapping.

Thames. i watch the swans’ breasts beat, tap, tapping.

None of the above

Avon and other fragrant woods are snapping.

Avon, and that a river was clapping.

Avon, and certain other places, wrapping.

Avon, and the thames, where the gentle slapping.

Avon, where i used to go for horse-racing and tap dancing.

And, flowing, sleep in peace. if now i wake, divine napping.

And the rippling and the napping.

The flowing stream has slowed to a napping.

The flowing locks are trembling, the fluttering birds are napping.

The ice is flowing, the snow is napping.
